A handful of kasuri methi leaves your food rich with taste and never before experienced aromas. Cibas kasuri methi is made only from the freshest leaves of fenugreek. Although Kasuri methi is on the bitter side, yet the aromas it fills in every bite of ones food is worth all the spices. Simple steps to make Aloo Methi: - In a kadai, heat 1.25 tbsp oil, add 3/4 tsp Ciba Cumin Seeds and let it crackle. Add 5 peeled and diced potatoes, 1/2 tsp Ciba Turmeric Powder, salt to taste and 1/2 cup of water. Cover and let it cook till potatoes become soft, add 2 finely chopped tomatoes, 1/4 tsp Ciba Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Ciba Coriander Powder and 1 tsp Ciba Kasuri Methi, let it cook for 5 min. Serve hot with chapatis/ paranthas.
