We start with specialty coffee beans, sustainably sourced from Peru. These beans have been carefully selected for a creamy, chocolatey, nutty flavor profile that pairs perfectly with bourbon. To achieve optimum flavor, the beans are aged in Breckenridge Distillery Bourbon barrels for one week before we finish by roasting them high in the Colorado Rockies.
